Where the Sky Breaks Open is a reflection of walking in nature and losing myself in the vastness of the sky. These moments of connection inspired me to let go of control and trust my intuition, allowing each painting to unfold organically.

I build these works in layers, using collage and sanding back through the surface to reveal glimpses of what lies beneath. The process feels alive, evolving like nature itself. This shift has been transformative, and I can feel my art change as I grow.
